Please note that by law, we cannot exchange items as shapewear falls under intimate garments for hygiene purposes
Return Policy
At Supported Shapewear, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
If you're not happy with your order, we accept exchanges of new, UNWORN/unfitted and unwashed items within 7 days of purchase, with verified order number. Items must be in original condition, with all tags and liners attached, and returned in the original packaging.
Items marked as Sale are non-returnable nor eligible for exchange, however accepted Returns (minus shipping fee) will be refunded to the original payment method only.
Returns Process & Refunds
- Pre-paid Returns: After completing the return process online (via whatsapp 064 828 0641), you will receive a return confirmation via email. Please drop off your return package at a designated location within 5 days of receiving the label. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee may vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.
- Self-postage Returns: If you choose to return items using your own shipping method, please include the return slip provided in the return authorization email. The return shipping costs, as well as any duties and taxes, are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package. Please notify our Customer Service team with the tracking number once shipped.
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days from the date your return is delivered to our warehouse. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times, typically 3-5 business days.
Terms & Conditions
All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be in original condition, with no signs of wear or alteration. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. In cases of potential abuse or excessive returns, we may limit future transactions or returns.
If a return is accepted beyond the 5 day window or without proof of purchase, the refund may be issued as a store credit, at our discretion, and in accordance with applicable laws. Additional verification may be required for certain returns.
